HATHA YOGA -
for Stress Management
Todays world of work is a culture of rushed stressful living without taking time out to reflect. Practicing yoga helps us to listen to our inner voice, which is often easily drowned out by the noise of daily life.
My yoga session are customised to alleviate stress and increase performance when the pressure is on. Firstly, it is important to understand that there is a difference between stress and pressure.
The correct amount of pressure, whether its work or personal is healthy as it motivates you to perform to the best of your ability to challenges. However, when pressure becomes excessive, it becomes negative as it turns into stress. This is where yoga comes into play, as it helps you to achieve a work life balance without compromising on your wellbeing.
